Another great album from drug bug. While I think I prefer the more poppy debut LP, this album cements itself with consistency and unique vocal and production style which really makes them stand out. Especially in a year where there hasn't been too much variation in sound among the big hitters, hell for a basement beings all the variety and life this year needed
A fun album with some great synth tracks but Jesus Christ this album is so all over the place and bordering on cringe at parts.
Sprechgesang is an absolute heater though
Been looking forward to this album for a while and it lived up to expectations. I can only imagine she's going to build on this to make some great music in the next couple years
This album is so theatrical and melodramatic it's crazy. This isn't really my type of music at all, but it is so well put together and the production is so tight it holds up as a listen very well. I imagine if you're a theatre kid this is the best album of all time.
There are definitely tracks I really enjoy, like Click Clack Symphony and Goodbye Henry but other than that I don't think I'll be revisiting.
The first half of this album is so ridiculously good it's just banger after banger after banger. The second half is worse for sure, but there is sufficient exciting and diversified sound profiles that I still enjoyed it for sure.
Definitely recommend if you enjoy fun
Very interesting listen - only complaint is I wish it was longer and was more experimental
The most invested I've been in an albums storytelling in a while. Drive home gives me Igor vibes in the best way, there is such a great mix of genres while telling a story that would be engaging even if they have just stuck with one.
One of those albums I think anyone can find some value in
This is fine if not a little unimaginative. Very relaxing and fits the theme but wished it did a little more
Good emo release from someone new to me :)
Mixing and production is super airtight it is such a tidy listen with a kitty as album art what could go wrong
Easily underscores most consistent LP, and while it leans more into traditional pop, U is still filled with so much personality it is unmistakably her sound. It's taken a while to get the first GREAT album of 2026 but this might just be it.
Surpassed all my expectations
Was excited for this, but ended up a little disappointed given all the best tracks were the singles
This album art is so gorgeous I had to listen to it. Can't say I've ever listed to french metal before but it's good, the layering and mixing are consistently great but I wish there was more variation of sound :)
I like this, obviously not one for the history books but it is a fun mixtape that doesn't overstay it's welcome.
Congrats to Harry for discovering LCD soundsystem and dancepop but why did he have to make his rendition of it so boring and uninspired.
Now we need the album. I'm kinda upset I can't go see her in London because I just know she's gonna be massive soon
Never fuck with gorilaz albums all that heavy but they are always super unique and an interesting listen
This sounds as if you asked an ai to make a Bruno mars album. Every song is ridiculously derivative and unoriginal. The asbestos desert in Vegas clearly got to him
Funky and fun, but not funky or fun enough to make me want to listen again. This is the kinda music id vibe to if it was background music in a cafe
Production on this thing is phenomenal, which is about what you'd have come to expect from eel given their recent release. The lyrics and flow are also nice but you can definitely tell this was recorded on a gaming mic, like the vocal quality in parts is so bad it kinda ruins the songs. Obviously no fault of the artist if that's what they have available but it does make the project less enjoyable for sure
