There's some decent stuff on here but nothing that I'd say brings it out of the camp of "VTuber music" to me. There are three bizzarely short songs for an 11 track album that don't help this album end up all that memorable (all the tracks in lowercase). It's filled with a lot of the standard cloudy bubblegum pop you get from most cutesy VTubers.
The highlights were probably Artificial, a track that amps up the production a little, Happy To Call You Mine, a tribute to her fanbase that is honestly kind of genuine sweet if you can get past the in character cringyness, and Cloud City, which still had some bounce left in the tank. It def gets better towards the end of the album at least
