Not my favorite soung but Kanye's rapping is nice, but not as nice as his ping pong.
I wish it was finished but it is amazing. New body needs to be released as well as alien.
Obviously a great album but it just doesn't capture the vibe i wanted it to the way i wanted it to.
21 minutes of Kanye's mental health. No skips, even all mine is good. Ghost town is the highlight.
Feels somewhat bloated even though the "bloat" is decent. Saint Pablo and NMPILA are definitely the standout tracks.
UPDATE:
This album grows on me with every listen, back half of the track list is still probably the strongest but ultralight beam and FSMH are great too. Saint Pablo is generational as always and NMPILA is still just as good as the first listen.
Yeezus is amazing, the rough sound and energetic vocals are hype and the back half of the album lets you feel the story Kanye's telling.
Similar to G.O.O.D. Fridays but it isn't as consistent of a sound. Has some bangers but there was a spider in my room when listening to it.
Weirdly it sounds unfinished at times but it does have some great songs
It's obviously unfinished and it sucks that it didn't drop but it was worth it for 808s & MBDTF
Kanye has some amazing singles on this. Power (remix) and Take one for the team are peak.
Graduation is amazing, it's vibe is amazing, kanye's vocals are amazing BUT Barry bonds and DAHG are dragging down my enjoyment. But a "mid" kanye song is still like an 8
Late registration has some great Kanye songs and is generally amazing but there are some forgettable songs that bring down my opinion.
Hearing old Kanye songs is so nostalgic to me. I wish champions was put on TCD.
808s & Heartbreaks is truly special to me, it's vibe is impeccable with kanye's amazing vocals. The autotune is peak too.
The prime of Kanye West's production and his verses are really good too. The grandious sound mixed with the sensitive subject mater creates an amazing album.
The college dropout inspires pure hope within me, The chipmunk soul samples are amazing and Kanye is amazing on every song.
