The Algorithm

Released in 2023, this album from Filter is a good return to form as the band proves that they don’t need to go fully industrial to make a good album. This album is a mixture of all of their previous albums with some new elements added in there for old school listeners to notice. My favorite songs include For The Beaten, Obliteration, Summer Child, Say it Again, and Be Careful What You Wish For. Overall I will give this album a score of 10/10 for creativity, lyrics, production, vocals, instrumentation, album title, and album cover.
