out of all the stuff i went to check out i think this one will probably be the best one for quite a while

this one goes a lot more prog compared to the last single. their production in this single is also probably their best compared to previous albums (not that production was a major issue, but the quality was noticeable). it's also still a much softer direction they're going into even if this one gets somewhat heavier at some parts

i just finished this ep and it's alright. i remember trying out their newest album The Fox and the Bird but did not fully finish it so i'm not rating that one until then. the ep starts out fine with Awake but Addled Eyes feels a lot like a pop rockish song you'd hear on the radio? the production on it felt a bit off as well so that'd (imo) be the weakest song on the ep.
