It wont be appreciated as much as it should, but this has the most mature songwriting they’ve ever done. Tyler finally learned how to use guitar correctly, and somehow turned his vocals into an absolute MACHINE in the span of a year. It’s not exactly what everyone wanted it to be, but, to me at least, has turned out to be one of the tightest pop/alt rock albums of all time, and it’s a wonderful goodbye to Dema and the world of Trench. 10/10
This song sounds AI generated. Myles Smith has zero talent. Pull anyone with a few hours of guitar experience off the street and they could write this song. Actually, they could probably write something better than this.
Flex is clearly past its prime. Even Brad Taste in Music (Big Baller B), a prominent music reviewer, doesn't like this album. He is great friends with the owner of this "label" and many of its members. However, he too can see that this is not it. Kicking your greatest talents out of the label is one way to do it, however the mass majority of this was recorded before any of that.
