At Folsom Prison is an undeniably interesting listen. The rapport Cash has with the prisoners, ambient clash of cell doors, and history of Cash's involvement with prison reform make this a spectacular piece of history. The music is timeless, as is the feeling of warmth in Folsom Prison. Not to mention, it's got some bangers - Folsom Prison Blues, I Still Miss Someone, Cocaine Blues, Give My Love to Rose, and ends off with Greystone Chapel, written by an inmate.

I really can't give more praise to this album. It's the top of my profile, and it's going to be my lone 100 for the foreseeable future. Citadel tells the story of the walls we put up between one other - but it certainly breaks mine down. Throughout my life, I've always searched out music that makes me feel something I've never felt before. This album feels like a culmination of that journey.
