Absolutely amazed that this wasn't just a compilation of unfinished demos. It's one of the best albums released by any version of the group.

Drums has become my favourite track, Summer of '99 is brilliant and Flatline still sounds as good now as it did when they first released it.

Hopefully they will record and release some new music soon.

Okay, so Cliff does sound older in his voice, but to be completely fair to him, he is 82. For 82 he sounds better than a lot of people in their 60s so he's not doing badly at all.

The songs themselves? The covers are pretty standard but listenable, pleasant enough. The new tracks fit in decently. Best Christmas album ever? No. Worst? Far from it.

If people spent more time reviewing the mans legacy instead of criticising everything he does he'd be held in higher regard.
