Justin Bieber delivers a lighthearted and melodic album in 'Changes'. There are some glaring flaws to this project, most notably with the lyrics with much of them being unoriginal and boring (-0.5). This album fails to be a deep reflection on true love, however, was it ever meant to be that in the first place? When it comes to Bieber records, one has to expect relentlessly catchy pop songs that feature impressive vocal riffing and songs that get people talking (for better or worse). When applied to that criteria, this album succeeds.
