Ruby

this album has been on repeat for me for this entire year. i absolutely adore the tracks, the last 5 were growers for sure but i've grown to love them (especially twin). the album's mood is intense yet focused at the same time. red, "ruby", fits the color and theme perfectly. ZEN is one of the best tracks I've ever heard in my life. ExtraL gagged me...so did the "jennie from the block" sample with "with the IE (way up). the features were all perfect.

honestly as a fan of jennie for quite some time now, it makes me emotional how far she's gone, even throughout the hate she gets (i would have ended my birthday expiration date if i was put in her place for 2 seconds lmao), and the songs showcase that. truly the it girl of kpop, atleast in my eyes. i will always have a special place in my heart for her, and, thankfully, her music is excellent, so i don't have to pretend to like it!
