This is the most underrated soundtrack of all, might be top 5 soundtracks of all time I don't care, it can be energetic, it can be atmospheric, it can be sad (somehow), everything about it is perfectly good and somehow no one gives a fuck
Yeah how the fck does your b-sides be better than your main album?
(And the 11 minutes intro was somehow good.... After all it's dinner!)
A true banger from a Brazilian, like hell yeah totally worth i ain't saying shit, go listen for it
I think ISSBROKIE works better as a indie rock/shoegaze artist than as a rap artist, not that one is good and other is bad, is just that the ways the themes, instrumentals and lyrics that she brings to the table in the rock/shoegaze EP's are more consistent and complex in some way compared to her rap songs, but they're still good.
And yeah about the EP, definitely worth the listen.
If he substitued the middle part with all the singles he released, then the album would be so much better, but yeah still good.
Yeah a fun album to be honest, but the fact that they used AI In one of their visualizers...
6 months ago listened to the original album and said "Damn I'm floating", when I listened to this one, I was transcending to how immaculate the demos were... It's a very great reissue... Worth the wait...
"What happened to the streets?" 21 Savage what the fuck happened to you because the only thing that you actually serve for is features and Collab albums because why the hell everytime he releases an album that is just him, and not a Collab album, is bad or mid? (Besides from American dream and I am > I was) Because I am sorry, what has so much special from him besides being good at features and some special lyrics in the past?
This album is the most sloppiest and nothing burger ... read more
Is it the greatest album ever? No... Is it the worst album? No... Obviously.... Is it the most mid album? Hell no... Now... Is it a great album being the instrumentals the strong part of the album, and the lyrics being great and even the 2 features being so damn worth the listen? Yeah... Yes.... Yes by the millionth time....
I am not going to lie, I had high hopes for this album, being better than 2093, but no... Unfortunately no, he decided to make a rage album.... Not that I am against it... I like some rage albums, it's not the 'terrible' genre that everyone says, problem is when you do it while trying to get that old vibe that old albums because of your fans, I mean... Cool, but man... Maybe you've could had maybe passed 2 of 3 years more improving on the lyrics or the producing... The only ... read more
Since AOTY is very centered between the US and Canadian people (and some British and et Ceteras), so I think that despite for an album like TPAB being focused in the occuring racism in the US, police brutality, political talk and etc. Especially a poem that is told part to part throughout some records that is fully told in 'Mortal Man', much of the topics can be related to many countries that suffers from such things, especially my county Brazil that has many similarities with the ... read more
This album is not focused on lyrics! So please if you expect something super deep like Kendrick lamar, so please don't even listen.
But anyways yeah it's a very fun album with a very good flow from ISSBROKIE and the features, I think this album gives what it promises, its kind of like a don't rap the glass.
You know what? Yeah fuck it, we need more autism!
Jokes aside but this album is very well made and worth the listen despite the edgy titles that you may think that are, it's kind of a new fresh air mixed with that old one that you like.
