The best album I have ever heard.

Something has always bothered me in the way people discuss Ars Nova. It’s always about how they’re an ELP clone, that they’re far too overblown, that their music is soulless and emotionless. I have always found that those comments were made in bad faith. Hard on the outside, soft on the inside

I have to say, the album cover is what caught my attention. Look at it, beautiful and brutal. In other words, it goes hard as heck. The presence of Jean-Jacques Goldman is surprising to say the least. He's known for his Rock balladry and Pop hits. The pieces were here to make something special, but unfortunately the music does not exactly follow suit.
