i'm not too into awards culture so i didn't know she got on stage during alice keys' and jay-z performance at some VMAs until i googled it. i also found out this is her only album because she's been busy with one-sided beef with nicki minaj and more pop girlies these years, quite as if the only person aware of azealia banks' rants was some guy from a tiny town in argentina.
the record started really strong but got too overwhelming like 6 tracks in, plus i hated the interludes omg

i don't listen to midwest emo too often so the eerie feeling doesn't go away, if that makes sense. i had to look this up again on rym in search of official links and found out it has a decent cult following :-) which is understandable because it's a lovely album?ep?single?

really silly eurodance overall, but i was really curious about the singer's whereabouts after seeing the mv and found out she left russia and came out as a trans, which makes me feel a bit weird about the way this is cataloged now.

i was curious about this because it has a nice cover and no tags anywhere but was a bit disappointed to hear this specific kind of pop rock :[ had to drop it
