Not every track is great as "Pioneer to the Falls" or "Rest my Chemistry", but the album has no misses. Every track works well and is enjoyable to listen to. Interpol is one of those bands that I've listened to but never listened to one of their full albums before. I changed that today and I don't regret it. I like Doom Boom despite the cringe lyrics, but the rest of the album is straight up shit. Its aged poorly in that its mostly annoying and unfunny. You can tell they had a lot of fun making the album, and there's a few riffs throughout the album that are legitimately good. But most of the songs are bordering on unlistenable, if not seriously embarrassing to be caught listening to.
