best album to ever be written, objectively and subjectively
i really don't know why i expected to not like this. sooner or later i will just have to own up to the fact that i am a sucker for the dramatics, i suppose.

idk; it is good, just not special. I enjoyed it the first time I listened to it, but it didn’t really hit again after that. works well enough for studying, but I got bored faster than I had anticipated.
to be fair, this is the first album by her that I‘ve listened to (unless you count the sex ed soundtrack while watching the show). but I‘ve given it time to let it sink & also listened to Perpetual Motion People before coming back to Goodbye Small Head again - and idk, it also hits very close to home. the kind of trans angst mixed with just other emotions about life that I forgot I needed.
