Wait. A Carly Rae Jepsen album that doesn't have an obnoxious lead single? Count me in!
While I still prefer "Emotion" over this, "Dedicated" still builds upon the strengths of that record while also maturing Carly's vocals and songwriting, adding even more undeniably infectious hooks and turning the 80's grooves up to 11!
