basically taking concepts from music that was erased due to colonization and putting them into quirky rock so that the white music critics can listen to it without discomfort caused by the fact that the artists arent from north america or europe
modern western music listeners absolutely trash on non-standard tuning or time in music until someone takes it and turns it into a gimmick band and makes profit off of it
