I used to be the biggest white knight for this album when it came out but it's aged really really poorly. CJ fly really doesn't rap about that much. I could appreciate this if he didn't try to sing and the middle of this album is a very rotten core of him singing with his deep off key voice . somewhat long too at 14 tracks it's just going back and forth between songs that are decent he flows well on them and has some good punch lines and then other tracks that are just the slow generic ear grading vocals of some of the most horrible singing I've heard in rap, Always/confined might be contender for some of the worst sing-rap ever . Despite that gross middle part CJ fly is good at flow and has some nice catchy songs with punchlines but even then it doesn't go high enough to really bring him within the same conversation as other PRO ERA alumni like Joey Bada$$ and capital steez. I think songs like like the Beatles and harder are where he's at his best his deep voice on these slightly atmospheric but aggressive almost symphony style beats works well with his flow and he just sounds good there are more good songs on this album than bad songs but this was originally around the 72 to 75 range for me when I was younger and this definitely had aged poorly that rotten core and the very low highs really exposed the biggest weakness that CJ fly has as a rapper, versatility.

Best tracks : Harder,Like the Beatles, Living the Life

Worst Tracks: Always/confined Dope, Get it done
