the hardcore moments kinda rip, but its so produced and sounds like the definition of mainstream metal. The seeyouspacecowboy feature was great.
Some very solid songs but nothing that stuck with me when all is said and done.
Maybe it'll grow on me more. Not sure where the critic 100s are coming from. A lot repetitive music and lyrical themes that I tend to love, but nothing new or terribly interesting.
I find the first half of the album a tad stronger than the second but the whole LP rules. Is it my favorite of their disc.? Maybe.
I get the love for the chaos but just felt thrown together. While there’s a lot of good directions being explored, there were so many moments that took me out.
Definitely more laid-back than his previous work but I'm not getting the overwhelming hate. The minimalist jazz beats are okay but do lead to a lot of boring moments.
When I close my eyes for the last time I hope I hear these instrumentals during my flashbacks. Def gonna be the prettiest album of the year.
Very middle of the road with this. I like some of the ideas he brings to the table but a lot of it feels underwhelming. This album pointed me to o0o and I've been bumping since.

When I pop this album back out in the spring, first car ride with the windows open, it's gonna HIT.
