I never thought South Park would introduce me to good music but here we are.
Lorde manages to maintain this weird, leftfield persona whilst staying modern, and punchy.
Buzzcut Season and Ribs were favourites of mine and it was safe to say i was caught of guard by the lp's nuance.
The growly bass and digital beats make it feel fresh out of a bedroom like oldschool UK garage.
Its good in parts
Wade past Swamp Izzo on tracks like POP OUT, LIKE WEEZY, FOMDJ and TOXIC and you get solid trap that pushes the boundaries.
Some songs feel so wasted however, i wish CRUSH went somewhere further than the ominous build-up than reaches no conclusion.
I am a big fan of carti from WLR and Die Lit but for me, this was far to bloated and too long a wait. I didnt come into this expecting kendrick*y entendres or writing but for me, this just didnt hit like old carti

Underneath the Dembow and Dancehall influence, are heartfelt messages delivered by Bad Bunny, masked by salsa, melodies like found on the title track (one of my favourite songs of the year) and so much more.
Even the album cover is so heartwarming to understand and once you listen the lyrics you understand the grammy nominations.

I love this album, I only came onto this album recently with a budding hyperpop interest and past experience with Jane's "leroy" dariacore ventures and holy moly. I cant get enough of this album and the new ep is even better

I arrived late on the Chance train, coming to his music after the stain of Big Day was left.
This mixtape makes it genuinely impossible to be unhappy, songs like Favourite Song, Everythings Good and Juice are brilliantly upbeat with the obvious cocoa butter kisses as a standout with my favourite picks being Paranoia. I hope Chance can reclaim his throne in Chicago after Ye left to go do Ye.
