Drake - ICEMAN

After almost a year of rollout Drake has finally released 'ICEMAN'. It would be an understatement of the year if I said that there was some hype for this album, because in reality there was a shit ton of hype for this upcoming release from the Canadian rapper. 'ICEMAN' was advertised like it's at least album of the decade, but I do have some flaws to point out in this LP.

First of all, the album feels uneventful and boring, a lot of the songs sound so similar that they ... read more

Action Bronson - Mr. Wonderful

‘Mr Wonderful’ is Bronson’s most diverse album to date. Over 10 years after it came out he hasn’t released another album like that, as his sound has switched more into the jazz rap and sample based direction, meanwhile his later works are pretty good, they do feel quite repetitive as you can pretty much predict what you’re going to hear on them. With ‘Mr Wonderful’ it’s different, it’s a wild album where almost every song is something ... read more

Kanye West - BULLY

It’s sad to see how Kanye went from being a musical genius, absolute visionary who was changing hip hop with every album he released to someone who puts out messy, half-assed, AI ridden, rushed albums, but that’s the reality we’re living in.

I don’t have facts to prove it but after listening to this album a few times I think Ye used AI on like all of his vocals. He sounds so robotic and dull across the entire record, almost like he’s bored, and that’s very ... read more

Baby Keem - Ca$ino

On “Melodic Blue” Baby Keem said “One day, I’ll tell you how my life was unfortunate. For now I’ll tell you how fast these Porches get”. Did he keep his word on “Ca$ino”? Yes… kinda.

“Ca$ino” is the sophomore studio album from Las Vegas rapper Baby Keem, after a 4 years long hiatus Keem came back with some new material. The expectations have certainly been high due to how long it’s been since Baby Keem released his debut ... read more

J. Cole - The Fall-Off

“The Fall-Off” was definitely one of the most anticipated albums of the last few years, Cole himself has mentioned it in different songs over the years and teased it. It is finally here, was it worth the wait? Yes.

DISC 29
Cole divided this album into two discs, Disc 29 which is from the perspective of a 29 year old Jermaine and Disc 39 which is from the perspective of a 39 year old Jermaine. I’m going to focus on Disc 29 in this part of the review.

Disc 29 definitely feels ... read more
