Funny how the weakest track is called Consequences after everything that happened. Bookended by the best tracks and overall surprised by the quality. Middle tracks feel more like the first EP and less polished

Was surprised by how good it was after years of not liking Bubbles, just a great album really

Lowest Rated Song : I Wanna Be The One You Call
Jesus Christ, the vocals at times go straight through you and make you wince. Some cool musical elements like the synths throughout but they aren’t enough to save the lyrics and vocals
Favourite Track : Two Horses
Least Favourite Track : Forever Howlong
This album is an absolute slog to get through, there’s some good tracks sprinkled in but a lot of just bland lyricism with some instrumentals that vary from beautiful to irritating
Favourite Track : Don’t Blame Me
Least Favourite Track : Over My Head
Was pleasantly surprised by this one, shame his second album didn’t develop off of this sound
Favourite Track : Pillow Fight
Least Favourite Track : Somethings Wrong
I think my main issue is the vocals do not fit the songs and at times with some of the lyrics it’s a tough listen, like the latter parts of Somethings Wrong

"@Crypticghost Taylor on average has about 5 or 6 variants, there were 9 for Folkore. 21 vinyl variants is nuts especially when some of them aren't even that good looking"
