WB-40 - ON EVERYONE'S SOUL BUT MINE
78

WB40´s debut mixtape has some interesting points. Hes definitely aiming not for a mainstream but for a classic fancy hip hop sound which can be risky

EYE - static
84

Eye almost became a top tier producer here, I dont know what happened after the first 10 songs but the rest of it should've been left out. Songs were bland and damaged the albums flow and vibe

sk8ariq - PANDA
85

PANDA is a great debut mixtape. Tunoz style takes inspiration from Odd Future collective refusing to embrace completely the new wave of hip hop. It's good but I dont think his voice fits the style here. Its a good mixtape and clearly shows the way he wants to take in his career

sk8ariq - FOND
84

FOND takes a different way from PANDA. Now tunoz goes for an emotional sound without leaving his Odd Future inspired sound. It's risky and sadly, doesn't work at all. The features here were decent but the production carried.

Riley Beats - 767
83

its an 83 actually. This album dives more into a spiritual cinematic production without leaving the rap production from IWUFTM. This album shows a clear evolution in Rileys sound and it would be better if 2-3 features weren't in the album.

Riley Beats - IDK
74

Riley & Tunoz's IDK merges this both artist's style in a full length project. Highs aren't very common. but the lows of it aren't that low, its not a good album but for bl standards, its decent

Riley Beats - I WOKE UP FOR THE MONEY
73

IWUFTM is the debut mixtape by Riley after promoting it as an album, this mixtape presents Riley as a beat producer influenced by the latest wave of rap. This album got a powerful vibe but as many band lab albums, lacks quality

EYE - EUREKA
85

Hype was up, but I understand why it disappointed. Eye goes for a futuristic experimental sound but doesn't risk anything at all. Features all sounded the same and they didn't contribute anything to the great beats here. Some songs should've been left out and I dont understand eye's ambition for a long album since it hasn't worked out yet

Crist X - SONORA
86

Crist X is one of the most ambitious and underrated artists from BL. He doesn't go with the opium wave an does music that's worth listening to. Meaningful verses and clean production are found in this simple yet amazing project.
