This is the good version of Work. The beat is 5x better, Ferg is actually good here, and Rocky, Busta, and Dave East kill it. Rick Ross is solid, but Snoop is pretty offbeat and out of place, and French is just as bad as he is on Work.
One of the absolute most overrated rap songs I've ever heard. Hook is lame, Ferg's high voice sounds atrocious, ScHoolboy Q is an overrated doodoo ass rapper in general, and Trinidad James and Montana are ass on every song they're on. The only redeeming quality is Rocky's short ass verse at the end
The only genuinely terrible Osama song, but just another day for Nett
From the dreadful vocals, whiny ass melody, weak instrumental, and lyrics so stupid and sexist it would make Andrew Tate blush, this is easily one of the worst rock songs ever shat out
Literally the polar opposite of London Bridge. Instead of screeching and terrible rapping, it's Fergie's most gorgeous vocals to date. Instead of the dumbest most annoying lyrics possible, it's super relatable and comforting. AND instead of broken horns, the beat is stripped back and lets Fergie's voice shine. I have a real soft spot for this one and it was my shit when I was 4
I swear y'all will rate any 2000s song by a woman positively. This is one of the worst beats ever made and Fergie (who is insanely good at singing when she tries) gives one of the worst and screechiest performances of the whole decade
OG FAN HERE FROM SNOTTY WORLD! I always knew they had it in em! Meechie literally sounds like he’s been waiting his whole life for this performance. Forget pusha t (no hate tho), this is song of the year
Highs aren't as high as his other albums, but the overall atmosphere of the album is one of a kind. There are a lot of skips, but however, night drives with this album playing go insane.
GOOD SONGS:
The Ends/Way Back: atmospheric masterpieces that must be listened to back to back
Through the Late Night: Cudi's humming is beautiful
Pick up the Phone: definition of a passable trap song
MEDIOCRE SONGS:
Outside: generic as hell
Beibs in the Trap: great atmosphere, terrible lyrics
