Kirk Hammett at his peak in RTL with these solos. The Creeping Death and RTL solos are just incredible, and FFWF and Creeping Death played live in the 80s were insanely fast. Yet somehow Lars was able to keep up.
Teemu's guitar solos were sick on this album, e.g. I Don't Care was actual dogshit slop mainly because of Dave's vocals and lyrics, but all of the guitar work is so good. The Ride The Lightning cover was alright but I thought it would be faster and I thought Dave and Teemu would put their own styles on the solo, however it was basically one to one copy of Kirk's 1984 version.
