Wow I thought Kim was flopping before but she delivered one of the albums of the summer!
After a first listen through, I gotta say that almost every song on the album pulled me in. The album has a great variety of genres, but it's not a bad thing in my opinion. Despite the different sounds of each track, they are blended well together by their common variable, CupcakKe herself. After all, a great bakery serves a variety of goods!
Rarely I feel like an album is fire all through out, Namasenda and crew really did it this time! I love how this album mixes sweet and heartful melodies with that Ag cook production style, I love PCmusic <3 . This album was a slowburn, I had heard these songs everywhere but they never clicked for me, until I actually listened to the album seriously, I seriously think this album is disgustingly underrated!
Honestly, for a long time I thought the songs were bad as fuck. That was back when I wasn't into pcmusic stuff, now that I have taken a deeper look into this ep the songs have grown on me so much! My favorite tracks being Audio, Be Your USA and Nobody. This whole ep is full of some of the most bounciest, electric and exciting music I've ever heard!
The additions are pretty nice, especially "In The Studio" which I had heard before on a live stream so i was happy to see it. I really wish Dorian would go back to her Flamboyant and My Agenda sounds though!
