Ephemera is short (five tracks in under twelve minutes) but it’s not really sweet at all - there may still be noodling, kinda goofy, guitar soaring this way and that, but the center of gravity has now shifted towards visceral skramz-ian territory.

For an 11 minute ep, these boys chucked in all they got, the new style suits the feel of this ep
It is nostalgic in sound and style, and thats its greatest strength. Its really quick to listen to and of course makes you want more from Ben Quad
