After Alter is Jaye Jayle‘s most harrowing, heavy but ultimately, most eclectic and accomplished work to date and the perfect soundtrack heading into a bold new future, akin to heading to brighter times following some truly dark times.
It feels like Jaye Jayle could go anywhere with their music after releasing this time capsule, but taking stock rarely sounds as imaginative as it does on After Alter.
Competent from start to finish. No skips. Lacking the lows of the last album but coming shy of it's highs.
