Maybe a bit formulatic, but it's still really nice, with a nice instrumental and some pretty good moments. It's not a masterpiece, but it's very very solid and I've been listening to it a lot the past few days.
If you like indie music, you'll probably enjoy this little album, I kinda wished it was a bit longer than 19 minutes.
One faithful day, I was just casually shuffling through my Discover Weekly until I was captivated by a song named “Parking Lots” by a band named Plums that included this heavily post-Punk inspired Bass line only to be followed with bright instrumentation and a colorful sound. After, checking out snippets of other tracks, I had to check this project out and I was delightfully engaged throughout the short 20 min. span of this mini-project.
