I kind of wish I had discovered this album earlier — ideally before Skin Turn Red. That comparison is hard to ignore, and it slightly holds this project back for me.
On its own, though, this is still a strong album. There’s real exploration here, with shifts in tone, solid variety, and an overall cohesion that keeps everything tied together. It’s clear the artistic vision is already well established.

it definitely sounds a lot more "mainstream" compared to his other music but it was still a really good listen. The super smooth transitions on here are also done so well I genuinely did not notice them half of the time.

The progression from this sound to Skin Turns Red is crazy, tho this tape has 3 tracks that could be top 5 aeter imo.
I fw his prod as always, tho i feel like some tracks fe kinda out of place, like how tf do u go from a Plugg tracks like Hair to a transcendent experience like Filthy yet so pretty?? The progression kinda doesnt make sense at times but sonically speaking its a great project
