Demigod is everything one would want from a metal album; it’s aggressive enough to take chances, but grounded by enough harmonies and well-read lyrical content to prevent it from either becoming too lofty, or stumbling towards self-parody for casual listeners.
Demigod is always remarkably consistent, and easily adds another dominant chapter to Behemoth's enviable 00s run.

I love this album for me it's top-tier death metal. The riffs are heavy as hell, further boosted by Inferno drumming. Nergal's vocals are a bit over the top at times, and you can tell they were touched up by a computer but honestly, it doesn't bother me at all in the long run, it's just something you notice. A masterpiece plain and simple.

This is quintessential death metal.
The Polish outfit have created potentially the evilest, sickest album I’ve ever heard, and it is beautiful.
The drums are banging, the vocals sound like a man drowning (this is a compliment) and the whole album has an air of despair and dread which is just perfect.
Although, my humble iPod boy self probably didn’t get all I could from the record due to not being able to see most of the lyrics. Because I ... read more
This album is energetic, aggressive, and metallic lol, I really like the vocals and the way they were incorporated.
Thanks @ezkaton2000 for the recommendation :3
I absolutely love this album. Everything from the production, guitar riffs, incredibly fast and powerful drumming, and amazing vocals. I really can’t find anything bad to say about this album, this is peak Blackened Death Metal. Firstly, the guitar playing is fast, technical and hits like a truck going 120 miles per hour, along with the bass adding that extra punch to the already heavy riffs. Secondly, the drumming on this album is inhuman, ... read more
