First full length LP from these guys and it's yeah kinda goofy. The mixing is kind of all over the place. There is bigger influx of sounds and instrumentation. Different kinds of synths, some 80s Dance-Pop with cowbell and snares to some abrasive and heavily distorted synths with sub-bass and sampled speeches (?). Новостройки is one of the oldest Ploho Albums and you can hear that they were experimenting on this one (Somehow they re-released this album so I'm not sure about the exact order) also the weird mixing of some songs give you a feeling that this is not an album but more of a mixtape.
