Escapism is Chime's 4 track introduction to the dubstep scene. Though very original within its sounds, the design and production isn't quite there yet. Some drops aren't really too enjoyable and feel dry/lacking. I do think his melodic dubstep is unique though and shows a lot of potential on here.

This EP was the start to my favourite artist, Chime was formerly known as Caution and Dec3mber before finally moving away and becoming his true musical self with Escapism which rattled the lines between heaviness and melodicity in bass music.
