RUNNER

Being the last of the BWF member solo album I’ve listened to, I think this is a very pleasant listening experience. They all have a sound that they all naturally gravitate towards, but each of them has their own style. maximilian, the guitarist of the group, has the most guitar in his solo album (yeah no shit). It’s folky R&B, and I like that about it. In the context of BWF, he's probably the farthest away from that sound.

Really interesting record. Maximillian is the guitarist/instrumentalist of Biking With Francis, and his debut album "Runner" focuses mainly on just that. I'm not too sure how to pinpoint how this feels or what it sounds similar too, but regardless, I like it. The vocal performances are great most of the time, and each track keeps consistency and substance.
