Just absolutely breathtaking in its grandness. "Endlessness" by Nala Sinephro is a take on such an unlikely collection of genres, that on paper, SHOULD be doing way too much sonically, but the handcrafted spacey and lush world crafted by the playing of Nala proves strikingly different. Ambience Dive 10/25.
I really am warming up to this guy. Hiroshi Yoshimura is a musician that seems to receive a lot of praise and attention in the ambient scene, and reasonably so. I've been trying to avoid doing repeats of artists on this dive into ambience, but every time I click on the genre and search for some high rated ambient albums, you can't NOT find this guy, so I decided to give in, and I really am glad I did. I honestly don't have much to say other than the fact that this is unfortunately an OBVIOUS decrease in quality for Peggy's music. He aims for this heavily electronic and fast-paced sound, but not in the way that some of his other projects capture.
