Say the line Bart!!!

"The title track is so good"

In all honesty, though, that title track is definitely one of the best tracks I've ever heard. As for the rest of this album, I definitely feel the need to come back to it at some point. This was the first record in a while where I mentally struggled trying to wrap my head around it. There were places where the tracks felt bloated, especially on Cloud of Unknowing and Frankie M.

Alas though, I think this ... read more

lol my favorite part about seeing stan invasions is looking at the difference of the people.

like Selena Gomez's fanbase was majority female, and Eminem's fanbase is a majority male.

just reading all the comments from the stans accounts is really funny to try and pick apart the differences between genders (ON A BROAD BASIS OF COURSE) and how the different fans interact with the normal users.

as for the album, fuck, i'll give it a try but i can guarantee this will stay unrated by me.

I don't think I've ever had more thoughts about an album like I do with this one. So I'm just going to start listing some of my thoughts about this album until I run out of space. Any time I come back to this album, I'll try my best to gather whatever I'm thinking about at the time. Feel free to roast me on these.

1. For a while now I've felt that A Quick One is the true closer to this album, with Bloodhail being the true opener. After listening to Earthmover, A Quick One feels like the 'end ... read more

I think that, with the exception of String Loop Manufactured During Downpour, if you replace Providence with Blaise Bailey Finnegan III, F#A# becomes a perfect album. The power behind that track is really what defines Godspeed You! during their F#A# era. The sample is FANTASTIC and really does a great job at depicting the power that the common people have yet don't realize in each other. The poem that this seemingly nameless and insignificant man recites in the second half is extremely ... read more

I like to imagine that Mladic is the bombing of a city, and the three tracks that follow are the soundtrack to walking around in the desolate and war-ridden streets following the bombings. An incredible experience.

The second song I've ever made. A song I made because of heartbreak but finished because of benzodiazepines. This song is supposed the relate the Life of Anna Karenina from old Russian literature and her story in music form and how a person feels after a breakup and/or isolation. Truly some of my darkest work. I only add rap vocals twice to the song. once in a transition and once at the end. There a lot is crooning and ambiance but since I don't loop music you shouldn't get bored. I hope you enjoy it

Please give me feedback and please rate (it can be positive or negative, whatever you feel)

Hey, that's good to hear! Got anything planned for break or are you just going to hang back? I'm sorry to hear about your stress though. I'm sure the thought alone is dreadful. One step at a time though, right?
