1 Single I didn't like, 1 I liked a lot and now one I'm 50/50 on. Looks like it's gonna be a mixed bag of an album 😅

This one grew on me, especially in the context of the full album
Very solid third single from Futique, and it's actually fairly long, at least compared to the prior singles. The verse riff is good, the licks in the first pre-chorus are very Biffy-esque in a good way, the bridge is long but solid, chorus is quite good, the breakdown with the glockenspiel bit in between actually made laugh, but all in all it raises my hopes for the album. Although it still suffers with the same overproduction that the whole album is damned to face, the core elements of "True Believer" are classic "Modern Biffy', even if it does lean a little on the safe side in some areas.
