The only reason I was aware of this album was because of Scanner and its 2024 remaster being featured in the Neo Miami EP that I hold so dearly. And since this is still in the realms of modern DnB that I clutch myself onto for no good reason, I decided to check Velocity out in its entirety. As I dug deeper, it seems the theme of this album is melody meshed with noise. I guess? Pretty cool to see more of the melodic side of things!
