Gotta say I have such a soft spot for PRETTYMUCH, because I think the approach they take the whole "boyband" thing is really cool. They're not aiming for a No.1 and have instead focused on making fun, energetic pop music, and the Phases EP is probably the most coherent thing they've done. Filled with cute love songs and even Zion rapping on the title track, it's a nice addition to their collection. Ready for an album now.

Unfortunately, I think PM's golden age faded in the midst of the pandemic (Smackables was a significant decline in quality that essentially foreshadowed their disbandment), but when they were good oh, man, were they good. Sometimes you just need some well-harmonized, feel-good pop, and they sure knew how to do that.
