Pharrell had to downgrade the quality of his masterful production style for T.I. to even remotely stand out on “LET EM KNOW”, and it only half works. I personally think that the beat carries with its infectious energy, but T.I.’s performance isn’t even bad — it just lacks in comparison.
T.I. delivers a pretty lacklustre performance, leaving it up to Pharrell to carry hard with a pretty badass beat. Funny seeing T.I. in the top 40, anyhow.
