"Arrival" kicks off the drift into space, an eerie calm as the bass looms in with a nice little riff. I like the airy atmosphere around the production, it feels vast and dark. The melody is pleasant, I like the vocal intensity as well. It's pretty straightforward once it picks up in speed bit nicely performed, sharp riffing in the middle passage though and I like the blasting here too. I love me a good death metal album with nerdy ahh lyricism and story telling. This is one of those. Looked at the album cover and thought, cool, I should check this one out.
Sound done very well across each instrument and each scream. Though nothing in the album is unique, Nucleus's take on Sci-Fi Death Metal sounds super cool. Favorite tracks: "Arrival", "Entity", "Uplift", "Outpost", "Dominion", and "Timechasm".

perfectly competent sci-fi death metal which means that it's automatically in the 70s for me.
