Aside from the novelty that is jazzstep, this compilation is a damn good showcase of what the queer underground bass scene has to offer right now.
Solid and creative dubstep compilation, a lot of the earlier tracks try really out there stuff and don’t work as much for me but I respect the attempt. The last 3 are my favorites being really detailed tracks and having longer runtime to flesh them out.

i have not had dubstep floor me THIS HARD in quite some time. and 3 of the first 4 songs forced me to pause and rewind a bit.
the variety of styles, textures, time signatures, concepts, and even senses of humor between songs is truly one of a kind. ive never heard a compilation anything like this one.
my only criticism i suppose is that it definitely suffers from the same issue all comps do; some of the songs vary in quality. in part due to the different mixing aesthetics, and partly just that ... read more
