2001 was a very influential year for me in my taste in music. “Newcomer” is a nearly flawless album filled with sensual jazz and groovy broken beats. The masterpiece on this album is “My Precious Thing” sung by Ladybird. There are so little albums out there that can compare to the beauty of this LP.
