A Frames were one of my favorite indie post punk bands back in the mid-2000s. This album has precise drumming that feels very mechanical. The bass provides a solid foundation with a repetitive pattern that gives a hypnotic background feel, while the angular, playful guitar work adds a unique energy to the music.
