this EP is great. unique, resonant, thoughtful and moving lyrics that sound like poetry. i truly believe this is melchor's best. as i listen to his more recent songs, it seems to me that he's strayed from this unique storytelling and beautiful atmosphere into more mainstream and mundane indie-pop with kind of bland lyrics. its not as moving anymore, it doesn't have as much life as "past hound", a poignant and fantastic piece. it's sad to see imo. an all around ... read more
