Overlord is a lot better than some of Eptic’s typical releases from around 2016. Some of the tracks go absolutely mental on the drops while some feel a bit like he’s already done them before. Cosmic for me is the obvious standout on here as I think it’s one of the producer‘s best tracks to date. The other songs aren’t bad at all but don’t live up to it. Damn, this ep is all over the place. Both in genres but also in quality. There are some absolute rippers like 'Cosmic', but also some dodgy stuff like on 'What Have You Done' and also just some rather mid stuff like with 'Nightshade'.
