Let's Swing

Really love Cab's voice. Too bad this album rarely has him appear. A huge chunk of tracks here are just instrumental swing/jazz for some reason. I don't mind some instrumental jazz but Cab Calloway is such a personality that I didn't want to hear it. Every track he's on, you want to pay attention to what he's about to say. So many interesting inflections and rhythms, it kept me very interested. Track 12 had me cracking up. Really love the sound of this and can't wait to move on to the next ... read more
