While not a thrilling prospect on paper, actually the record is quite good, with these Bacharach-esque arrangements getting their full due.

NICHE NOVEMBER DAY 23/30: Pizzicato Five!! They basically made shibuya kei right?? Anyhow this album is so good, probably one of my highest 90's. Serial Stories is beautiful 🙏
