An unquestionable improvement upon his previous release, this album, nonetheless continued Frampton’s lack of critical success in the Eighties. Without any doubt a product of its time, from the album cover to every track, it smacks of MOR eighties soft rock. Peter Frampton: a man whose musical legacy as a solo artist is mostly made up with a live album and whose music apart from 1 or 2 studio releases gets completely discarded it seems. I found this album specifically through a funny list on this website on mid album covers.
