Along with most everything found on Stray's fascinating first album, these songs' rampant diversity suggest a far more seasoned and experienced group of musicians than the 18- and 19-year-olds involved -- impressive!

A solid if a touch limited and dated release from Stray.

honestly super surprised this band only has 3k on spotify, this album alone is filled with loads of hard rock / heavy psych jam bangers like "around the world in 80 days", my personal favorite with amazing vocals and great songwriting. the psychedelic touch separates this from other hard rock at the time and makes that punchy guitar work fuck just a little more. "all in your mind" is the most generic heavy psych name but it's great anyways, and for 1970 this still goes hard ... read more
